One organization, one renewal date
A 1-, 3-, 6-, or 12-month cycle begins when your first payment is confirmed. Each organization has its own renewal date.
Added mailboxes are prorated
Add seats mid-cycle and a separate invoice covers the days left until renewal. Your renewal date stays the same.

Enter your organization and domain details to place an order. Pay via QPay QR or bank transfer. Our team verifies bank transfers.

Verify your domain and create mailboxes
Your service starts once payment is confirmed. Verify domain ownership and configure DNS, then create mailboxes in the customer portal.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Point your DNS records to MailOcean to receive email. Domain registration fees are separate.
How is storage allocated?
The storage allowance applies to each mailbox individually.
Can I change my billing cycle?
Yes. Choose a 1, 3, 6 or 12 month renewal, review the total and generate an invoice. Your paid service period continues through its original end date. Paid renewal invoices are final.
Which payment methods are available?
We issue an invoice when you place an order. It shows the bank account and payment reference. Choose QPay to open the invoice and QR payment page. Direct card payments are in development.
What happens if I add mailboxes mid-cycle?
A separate invoice covers the remaining days. Once payment is confirmed, the seats are added and all mailboxes renew on the same date. If the next cycle was prepaid, the new seats for that cycle appear on a separate invoice line.
When does the service term start?
It starts when the first payment is confirmed, regardless of when DNS setup is complete. Services that are not renewed on time are suspended. Mail is kept.
